At MINISFORUM, we stand behind the quality of our mini PCs and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. If you encounter any technical issues or are unsatisfied with your purchase, our support team is ready to assist with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
